She should have arrived yesterday after her momma’s scheduled induction.  But instead, this teeny, tiny little spitfire made her grand entrance 3 weeks early.  And when I had the glorious opportunity to photograph her only 8 days later, she was an absolute dream!

…even if she did tinkle on all my blankets.

…and spit up on me.

…and tinkle all down my shirt (my fault, I was foolishly holding her without a diaper on).

…and shoot bright yellow newborn..uh..um..stuff all over my hand.

But I love her anyway! And while she kept me and my lovely assistant, Kim, on our toes, she provided me with some of my favorite images to date!

I would like to introduce you to the sweet and petite, Miss L.  Shhh, she’s sleeping!

Weighing in at a smidge over 5 pounds, L was actually smaller than the twins I photographed a couple of months ago! And even though she woke a few times to peek around, she never made a sound. Such a sweetheart!

This one has got to be my favorite though!  Look at that little mouth! Oh my!

I am cruising through the edits on this session and hope to share some more images with you later on in the week. I just wanted to give Momma K a sneak peek. 🙂
