My latest newborn session came to me in August when one of my fall family session clients delivered her second bundle of joy. Sweet Lyla blessed me with her gorgeous newborn smile, at one week old, on my mother’s birthday! This was such a fun session, and Baby Lyla was such a sweet model.
I shot most of her session in her nursery. I absolutely LOVE the color scheme – deep, bright pink and tan, brown and khaki compliment each other so well. I had never seen those colors used together for a baby’s room before. Mom had sweet little accent decorations throughout the room. Animal prints and that cute little pebble pattern that you see on the crib blanket below tied the whole room together. 
Miss Lyla, oh how gorgeous she is! I just adored her little fingers and button nose. One of the best parts of shooting newborn sessions is getting to spend time with these precious little people.
